The Empowerment Group is a company of Kendrix Enterprises, Inc. In 1991, K and K Consultants began as an event and meeting management company. An independent production business enterprise called The Empowerment Group was established in 2000. In 2005, The Empowerment Group produced its first independent event, Soul Quest Empowerment Conference for Women and expanded services to include Soul Quest Empowerment Speakers and Programs.

Kathy Kendrix, President of The Empowerment Group, is proud of her 15-year career devoted to working with organizations and businesses and in speaking on event and meeting planning topics.
